The schedule is as follows:

1. Check-in after 12:00 PM (early check-in and late night check-in not allowed).
2. Activities as per your convenience.
3. Lunch from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM.
4. Snacks from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
5. BBQ from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
6. Bonfire after 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
7. Dinner from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM
8. Silent hours 11:00 AM to 6:00 AM
9. Next day breakfast from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
10. Check-out at 11:00 AM (late check-out not possible but early check-out allowed)

You can reach Peace Keeper by private vehicle. There is a parking space in homestay. Reach Dandeli or Ramanagar if you are coming by public transport. You need to hire a private vehicle to reach us. You will get a separate 2 people, 3 people or 4 people Non-AC tents according to your choice and availability. You don’t have to share a tent with an unknown person. Foam mattresses, bed-sheet, pillow, and blanket will be provided in the tent. (We don’t provide sleeping bags for hygiene purpose)

The food options are as follows:

1. Snacks: tea and pakoda
2. Veg-BBQ: marinated paneer with assorted veggies
3. NonVeg-BBQ: marinated chicken with assorted veggies
4. Veg-dinner: veg or paneer sabzi, chapati, dal-tadka, steamed rice, salad, sweet.
5. Non-veg dinner: chicken sukha, curry, chapati, raw rice, salad, sweet.
6. Breakfast: Tea Poha, Bread, Jam, omelet.

Cancellation policy is as follows:

A) 30% reservation-advance is non-refundable in case of total cancellation. However, Stay can be rescheduled up to the next year if cancellation is made 24 hours before check-in time.

B) 30% reservation-advance is adjustable (In the final payment) in case of partial cancellation if partial cancellation is made 24 hours before check-in time, Else guest has to pay the full amount.

C) If the guest has fully paid for the booking and cancellations are made 24 hours before the check-in time, then 30% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fees and the remaining 70% amount will be refunded within 5 working days. If the guest fails to cancel the booking before 24 Hrs then the guest has to pay the full amount.

D) If the guest has fully paid for the booking and partial cancellation is made 24 hours before the check-in time, then an adjustment will be made in the final payment Else no refund will be provided.
